Troubleshooting and Getting Help
If you experience any issues with Agility Blue, please contact us as soon as possible to get the problem resolved. The best method to contact us is to send an email to support@sadiebluesoftware.com to open a support ticket with us. For troubleshooting issues, it is helpful to provide your name, a phone number, your operating system and version number, your web browser and version number, and the description of the problem along with steps to reproduce the issue.
Our support hours are 7 AM to 6 PM CST, Monday through Friday (except Holidays).
